"Grandma"
From Ted: As a photographer I have the privilege of capturing special moments of special people. An opportunity to capture history. And this photograph is a perfect example.
As any of the thousands of regular readers of this blog know, I had the privilege of spending some time with Lidia Bastianich a few weeks ago. During that time I was able to capture this great moment of “Grandma”. As any loyal viewer of Lidia’s show knows, Grandma is a key person in Lidia’s family. I will be surprising Lidia with this photograph at dinner on Thursday (sshhh no one tell her – keep the secret). I hope that this picture becomes a part of their family history.
