I recently had the privilege of having access to the kitchen(s) at Del Posto in NYC. Under the leadership of Chef Mark Ladner, this hard-working team’s attention to detail makes this one of the finest restaurants in the city, if not the country. The food is full of amazing flavor and is eye-catching as well.
