The Manor's on-site Coppersmith, Johann “Hans” Brueckl
From Ted: I recently was on assignment at The Manor in West Orange, NJ. This restaurant and catering facility is owned by the Knowles family and is one of several properties they own which include other West Orange properties, Highlawn Pavilion and Pleasantdale Chateau as well as Ram’s Head Inn in Galloway, NJ
One of the behind the scene elements that intrigued me at The Manor is that they have skilled craftsmen on staff that take care of the needs for all the properites. These craftsmen range from making and maintaining the copper cookware they use, to upholstering chairs, to ice scultptures.
