From Ted: For this week’s Photo of the Week, I am continuing with the series I shot of sous chefs for Oakhurst Dairy in Portland, Maine. As I mentioned last week, I worked with Frontburner PR, and Swardlick Marketing on this exciting project.
The project entailed photographing 14 sous chefs and a dish they created using Oakhurst Dairy products. The end result was a “cookbook” type brochure to be given out at the Harvest on the Harbor food and wine festival, used on the Oakhurst website and run in various media outlets – all in an effort to celebrate these hard working chefs during the month November.
