From Ted: I roast vegetables on a regular basis, but they look nothing like the roasted vegetables prepared by Chef Mark Ladner at the four-star Manhattan restaurant, Del Posto. Recently, Mark hired me to photograph a series of dishes to include with the restaurant’s application for recognition by the prestigious Relais & Chateaux – a listing of top-rated restaurants and hotels worldwide.
